Our home wouldn't sell, so we called Krohn Group. The home was paid off, but had been vacant for a long time, and I did not want to rent it, but it would not sell. I was skeptical of doing what Dan Krohn proposed. He suggested Owner Financing the home. I went with my gut and trusted him. There was a balloon payment on it that I figured I would never receive, and I would have to take the home back. To my surprise, it was paid off ahead of schedule. He made all the payments on time and did what he said he would do. I would do business with Dan again in a heartbeat.

I was paying two house notes after I got married. One for the old home I used to live in and another for our new home. I was four months behind on my previous homes payments, and it needed repairs. I did not have the money for the renovation. Krohn Group came in and took over the mortgage payments. I was told they would get the mortgage out of my name as soon as possible, but could not promise it would ever get out of my name. It is now out of my name, which freed up my credit. Krohn Group stopped it from being foreclosed upon.
